I have a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Along the way I have written hundreds if not thousands of articles for newspapers and magazines.Pl
This blog is my way of slipping back into writing. Along with new material from everyday life, I am including newspaper columns originally published a few years ago.
Weird stuff happens to me. I recount these things, plus my hobbies, projects, interests and foibles.
My husband, Mark, is a phD chemist and we've been married since 1980. We've raised two children. They're adults now and have moved away. Even so, we maintain strong family bonds and enjoy seeing them happy and settled. We have two grandchildren. Grandparenthood is the most fun thing on the face of the earth.
